Mike's Peugeot 205 GTI MI16
A few finishing touches and the car was up and running. Two new Yokohamas later and it was proudly wearing a fresh MOT and Tax disc.
Shortly after getting the car road legal, Chris decided to sell and this is where new owner Mike appears. Mike asked us to finish the car by giving it a full respray and we were pleased to oblige. It had always been our original intention to paint the car, and Mike allowed us to finish the project, adding a few goodies along the way.
The car was in excellent condition to begin with and was a fabulously straight shell. However, it had a number of small car pink dints along its sides and a few areas of lacquer were past there best. We fully stripped the car removing all the windows and sunroof (front and back windscreens were refitted with new seals), bumpers, valances, locks etc. Mike purchased a genuine Peugeot brand new rear bumper and a pair of brand new driving lamps, and we refurbished the alloy wheels whilst the car was being painted. The bodykit was re-fitted using new clips.
