1991 Peugeot 205 GTI
This car is a prime example of what most 205 gti owners are begining to face. The front inner wings on the cars have reached the age where they are now beginning to rot, and this was a problem we had with one of our own cars. However, we didnt fully expect the true extent of the rot to be as bad as it was. The following pictuires show the engine bay and front panel being stripped and repaired with new metal, before being re-painted.

With the rot now gone, it would have been rude not to give the engine a freshen up. The engine was stripped down and rebuilt, everything was painted before re-assembly. The rest of the car is due a respray shortly.
