We offer a wide range of services on both modern and classic vehicles, however the majority of our work is based around cars Pre-dating 1992.

Our Paintshop can offer Full or partial resprays, accident/damage repair, welding and fabrication, the treatment of rust/rot and complete restorations.

We can also provide everything from general servicing right through to complete engine rebuilds and conversions. Please phone for more information.



MOT's
Your annual MOT can be arranged for a fee of £42.50
In the event of a re-test, these are charged at £10.00
Please note that MOT's are not carried out on site, but at a local station two miles from our workshop. We do have a fully qualified inspector on site, who will pre check your vehicle before transporting it for its official test.


Servicing
Basic Service: Oil and Filter Change, Air filter change, Spark plugs Cleaned and Gapped, Brake Check.                                                                      £70.00

Major Service: As above with the additon of a new cambelt and cambelt tensioner, fuel filter and new spark plugs.                                                         £150.00

The price of a service will vary very slightly depending on your make and model of car. The prices above are based on the Peugeot 205 and 309 GTI.
Service books are stamped.


WaxOyl
We can protect your pride and joy from corrosion, by applying the worlds leading rust inhibitor and metal protector. The wax is atomised and forced into the vehicles vulnerable areas and box sections, such as chassis legs, sills and doors. Applied under high pressure, the wax reaches into even the smallest crevices, corners and cavities, protecting your car from the inside out. We can apply the wax to any vehicle, and this proves extremely popular with everyone from Kit-Car builders to those wishing to preserve new Range Rovers. Typical prices are as follows:

Small Car - e.g Mini, MGB, Caterhams etc - £120
Medium Car - e.g Jensen, Escort etc - £140
Large Car - e.g Range Rover, Rollys Royce etc - £160


Engine Rebuilds
Our time served mechanic has over 40 years of experience, and can provide everything from a simple cylinder head gasket replacement, to a complete or partial engine rebuild. All work is supplied with a comprehensive warranty for complete peace of mind. Prices do vary depending on the engine and specification, so please E-mail or Telephone for a discussion and quotation.

Rear Axle / Suspension beam Refurbishment
Failure and wear of the rear suspension beams in the 205 and 309 GTI is a growing and common problem. You may notice that a rear wheel sits with a few degrees of camber, or it may even rub on the inner wheel arch. More noticeably, if left, the rear suspension arm can seize solid, making the car unpleasant and dangerous to drive. It Ultimately leads to adverse handling, excessive tyre wear and eventually an MOT failure certificate. By stripping the rear beam and renewing all bearings, the handling is restored as to how Peugeot Intended!

Rear beam refurbishment is offered in two ways,
Firstly on an exchange basis for the price of £325.00 (supplied only)
Or Removed and Refitted for the price of £375.00
We can also rebuild your own rearbeam which often results in a discounted price. £P.O.A

Rear suspension beam overhauls come with a full 12 month warranty against any defects, for complete peace of mind.
